Provide accurate ride information. Do not post false or misleading rides. Honor your commitments. If you cannot make a ride, cancel it promptly.
Do not charge more than the posted fare. If you offer a free ride, honor it. Financial disputes are between users. Carpool by CHBTK does not mediate payments.
Respect others' time. Arrive at pickup points on time. Communicate proactively if you will be late or need to cancel.
Use Carpool by CHBTK only for community ride coordination. Commercial transportation services are not permitted. Do not misuse other users' personal information.
Drivers must maintain their vehicles in safe condition. Do not drive under the influence of any substances. Observe all traffic laws.
